Job description: JOB DESCRIPTION The Property & Casualty (P&C) department is responsible for the underwriting of risks, issue of alteration and renewal of commercial insurance policies and outward reinsurance business, claims and loss control for commercial lines business.
As an Admin adjunct with the team, you will:
» Assist underwriters in quotation registration/documentation for new business, renewal, endorsement
» Arrange and issue instructions to Business Process team for policy documentation
» Assist underwriters in extracting the policy and claims records for policy renewal review
» Follow up with intermediaries on cases that have not been renewed
» Extract statistics for the section
» Attend to service request cases
» Download monthly statement of accounts for the facultative reinsurers
» Assist to check and prepare monthly statements for facultative reinsurance account
» Assist to check treaty report
» contact on behalf of team on all administrative and support matters
» Undertake any project or tasks as assigned by manager Qualifications
» Minimum GCE 'O' Level with 3 years of working practice in Admin/Support function.
» Computer literate and able to work comfortably on Microsoft Office
» Have good communication expertise and committed team player
» Be meticulous with good analytical and organizational expertise
