Job description: JOB DESCRIPTION - 6 months contract with 1 month completion bonus / Convertible to Perm

Job Job responsibilities:
- Assist in validating employment contracts, confirmation letters, visa letters, and certification for HR the HR team
- Cascade renewal for fixed term contract, probation and confirmation reminders to HRBPs
- Perform application and renewal of work passes via EPOnline and WPOnline
- Prepare various HR reports such as Temporary staff attendance, headcount, Overtime, Leaves, QHSE etc
- Submit government related claims such as NS claim, childcare claim, maternity and paternity claim
- Maintain and update employee records in HR system
- File HR documents and archive documents electronically
- Provide support to Payroll Senior Executive on payroll related matters
- Manage expatriate benefits for Head Of Direcotrs such as children school education, housing lease & car lease).
- Ensure timely enrolment and termination of insurance program for employees
- Purchase office supplies for the Com & Ben team
- Assist in the arrangement of baby gift, Get-well soon hamper for HR department
- Any other ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the reporting manager
Requirements: - Minimum a Diploma in HR, Business Administration or equivalent
- At least 1 year of practice in HR administration or significant
- practice in processing payroll is an advantage
