Job responsibilities: » Actively seek out new sales opportunities by approaching people in the mall
» Achieve and exceed sales target , High level of responsibility plus positive attitude
» A leader who leads, manage, motivate and coach our beauty ambassador and as well as a team
» Receive and approach customers, identify their needs, conduct demonstrations & recommend products
» Ensure Stocks inventories are accurate and in order
» Taking charge for the total sales turnover of the outlet
» Analyzing, evaluating market trend and condition and provide timely report to the Management
» Managing 1 outlet Who We are seeking for
»Retail practice in managing of a store, preferably 2 years at least, with products requiring specialist expertise and demonstration-located sales techniques preferably from the beauty industry
» Outstanding communication and people management abilities
» Able to coach & Motivate a team to hit sales target Daily and Month
» Pleasant Personality and outgoing/Cheerful Aura
» Able to work weekends and Retail Hours
» Willing to go the extra mile for both customers and company You will enjoy:
