Job description: JOB DESCRIPTION We are seeking for a capable person to manage our business development function for both Singapore and internationally.
Candidates with a strong business development track record in the interior design / furnishing fields coupled with personable expertise will stand out. A positive orientation to proactively identify and reach out to potential clients will make you prosperous in this function.
Responsibilities » Identifying new potential clients – hospitality, developers, ID’s & architects +
» Articulately introducing the OHMM brand, proposition and products
» Managing sales leads to ensure OHMM is top of mind
» Preparing proposals and quotations
» Managing the sales pipeline
» Developing strong relationships with clients and keeping in regular contact
» Feedback to management about the market place and clients’ needs expertise
» A natural sales orientation
» Socially adept and good interpersonal expertise
» Strong communication and Information technology fluency
» Creative talent and the capability to deal with problems
» In-depth expertise of the furnishing industry
» Skill in prioritizing and triaging obligations
» Excellent time management and organisation and a team player Requirements
» Passionate about furniture | interior design | architecture
» Minimum three years of sales practice, preferably in the furniture industry
» Enthusiastic, presentable, responsive and articulate
» Be prepared to travel to make sales calls and presentations
» Team player Relationships
Reporting directly to the CEO, you will work closely with other regional sales managers, client service managers, manufacturing and fulfilment teams.
