Job description: JOB DESCRIPTION Job tasks and Job responsibilities: 1. Implementation of waterfront transformation projects and operating model
2. Analyse operation requirements and data for practiccapability studies
3. Work closely with various stakeholders to develop the operating model and processes
4. Drive the project on-ground implementation with the operation team
5. Support Operations & Technology HODs with appropriate data analysis for effective decision making
6. Other ad-hoc projects tasked by reporting manager
Job Specifications (e.g. Qualifications, Work practice, Age & Other expertise, etc): • Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Design, Maritime Studies or other significant areas;
- At least 1-2 years' of significant practice in logistics, maritime, shipping or in the port industry;
- Highly numerate, meticulous and process driven, capability to deliver results under stressful and challenging conditions;
- Strong operation background expertise on terminals or other significant areas;
- Strong in Microsoft Office (added advantage if can do Macros);
- Persuasive, able to achieve results from others through influence stakeholders in changing environment;
- Thrives in a fluid and challenging environment, able to make qualified decisions under time pressures or lack of complete information
- A good communicator, outgoing, and able to engage others across diverse cultures
- Possess Class 3/3A driving license preferred
