JOB DESCRIPTION Job responsibilities:

» Actively looking for new leads and follow up on marketing leads.

» Establish new customer base

» Aim to achieve monthly personal and company sales targets.

» Maintain excellent after-sales relationship with customers.

» Monitor and evaluate ways to meet monthly sales targets

» Pre and post consults all customers.

» Attends to customers’ needs and customising of treatment to be done for every visit and identify products to use

» Ensure customers’ satisfaction is achieved and great hospitality

» Understand patient's skin conditions and skin concern

» Assisting the doctor with treatment

» Fix appointment for patients and keep track of patient's attendance, treatments, and payments.

» Follow-up with patients regarding their treatments and remind them of their treatments

» Tracking stock levels and making orders when instructed

» Handle enquiries from customers and resolve customers’ complaints Requirements:

» Preferably having 2-3 years sales practice in Beauty / Aesthetics Industry.

» expertise in Aesthetic Industry is a strongly preferred

» Possess significant beauty and service related qualification such as CIDESCO/ CIBTAC / WSQ/ ITEC and etc.

» Dynamic sales target-driven and high performance oriented

» Pleasant personality, and hardworking

» Good business acumen with a passion for beauty / aesthetics industry

» Resourceful, sales and service oriented, and active

» Motivated and result-oriented individual

» Excellent interpersonal communication expertise Other Information:
