Job Job responsibilities:
- Manage a creative team responsible for creativity across all media platforms, including:
- Integrated campaigns
- Digital communication, web assets, mobile apps and email
- Marketing materials for internal and external purposes
- Print ads
- TV and online video
- Corporate identity and branding
- Lead the creative development process and execute integrated projects from concept to production and delivery.
- Develop the visual brand identity, customer perception, and champion creative work across the business, as well as be actively involved in setting and executing design strategies which promote creative excellence.
- Evaluate the creative team’s work against project objectives, suggest refinements and make recommendations
- Provide mentoring / training to less-practiced team members.
Job Requirements: In order to succeed, you should ideally have:
- You should be passionate about your work whilst at the same time, open to new ideas in a constantly evolving environment.
- You should be a good leader with the capability to orchestrate a team with extraordinary creative minds as well as strong achievement drives.
- You should be a good communicator with the capability to work across different teams, personalities and cultures, as well as the capability to focus when necessary to get things done.
- At least 12 years’ practice in marketing, design agency, eCommerce companies/platform brands
- Previous brand design practice is mandatory
- Have in-depth knowledge of best-practice marketing design
- Able to execute under pressure and deliver high-quality creative in a fast paced environment
- Strong consciousness of trending digital media and evolving online platforms
- Proven record in guiding both art located and copy located creative team members
