Job responsibilities: » End to end recruitment support.
» Onboarding & offboarding of employees.
» HR administrative support, HR reporting generation.
» Provide 1st level Technical support to users on technical issues via remote assistance tools, emails & phone.
» Install, upgrade, support & troubleshoot Windows 10, Microsoft Office & Others approved software
» Dealing with hardware & application support queries & issues reported to the support desk & escalated to the Desktop Support Engineers in a professional & timely manner (SLA environment)
» Logging/updating of Service Desk Tickets
» Assist in for tracking hardware & software inventory
» AV Support
» Any other tasks as assigned
Requirements: » Min. Nitec holders, O level & above.
» No work practice required.
» Preferably Entry Level specialized in IT/Computer - Network/System/Database Admin or equivalent.
» Problem solving expertise
» Information technology Savvy with communication expertise, good with Excel & capability to work in a fast pace environment.
» Able to commit from August 2019 to October 2019
» Working Job location: Clementi Loop (Mammoet Singapore office)
» Working Hours: 830am to 530pm
» 3 months contract, renewable subject to business exigencies
