Job description: JOB DESCRIPTION • Work closely with Regional Performance Marketing team on their requirements
- Creates various formats of materials for Display marketing channels such as: Facebook and Instagram dynamic creative templates, appealing and effective artwork for app stores, short video clips tailor-made for mobile, innovative content for Facebook, Google UAC, Affiliate, Ad networks and AppStores
- Participate to OM performance creative strategy from ideation to testing, in collaboration with Paid performance Creative & UX strategist and Marketing Branding/Creative team
- Collaborates externally with Creative and Design teams from Facebook, Google, Smartly.io to produce best-in class creative assets
- Contributes to the Display marketing Creative library and best practices book
- Monitor competition from a creative point of view and stay abreast of latest creatives success and case studies
Job requirements - Solid practice on data located creative optimization is a must
- Data comprehension & performance media fundamental will be compulsory
- Digital ad copywriting expertiseet should be compulsory
- Proven record as in ad performance uplift
- Image & video template creation and edition
- Fluent Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign and Adobe Premiere Pro.
- Knowledge of basic video animation for mobile (HTML5 is a plus)
- Knowledge of Online marketing channels – Facebook, Instagram, Google Display, Adnetworks and AppStore
- Solid knowledge of performance and engagement design, as well as composition, typography, color, imagery, infographics, and photography
- knowledge growth and retention channels, unique targeting and iterative creative testing
- Strong sense of design principles, creative workflows, communication and relationship building with cross functional teams
- knowledge of or practice with User practice design best practices
- At least 5 years of significant practice
