Job description: JOB DESCRIPTION » Degree/ MCSA or it's equivalent
» Minimum 5 years of practice system & netowork support
» Responsible for providing server administration and desktop support
» Able to lead projects (i.e. Os migrations)
» Able to lead a team, support and moltivate team members
» Providing Information technology support to users' internationally
» practiced in supporting desktops/ laptops/ printers/ cell phones/ operating systems (Windows 7/ 10, MS Office 2016/ 365/ Active Directory/ DHCP/ backup and recovery systems etc)
» practiced in using a helpdesk located ticketing system
» Able to work independently with minimal supervision
» Excellent communication and customer service expertise with strong attention to details and highly organized
» capability to travel as needed to deploy and support corporate offices internationally.
