Listing description

» Responsible to supervise and manage the full spectrum of HR functions

» To develop and implement short and long term strategic plans to attract, manage, develop and retain employees to achieve company’s current and future business objectives

» To develop and implement HR policies, practices and systems in compliance with Singapore laws and regulations, company QEHS and compliance standards

» To supervise the smooth operation of all administrative matters including company events and company committees

» Supervision of staff

» To set and maintain department budget and to maintain cost-consciousness in bringing about organizational efficiency.Requirements:

» Degree in Human Resource field, good expertise of local laws/regulations,

» Minimum 5 years’ practice handling full spectrum of HR + Admin

» Minimum 5 years’ practice supervising staff

» Strong communication and interpersonal skill,

» Results and people-oriented
