JOB SCOPES » Recruitment Coordination
» Assisting in selection process ranging from liaising with candidates, interview arrangement to room booking;
» Filing of candidates’ documents;
» Administering and organising on-boarding for new hires;
» Maintaining of candidates’ database and CRM implementation;
» Collating data for reporting purpose; and
»Employer Branding and Outreach
»Support in planning and execution of outreach and engagement events e.g. networking sessions, career talks, career fairs
JOB Requirements: » Singaporean only
» Min. Diploma in Human Resource, Management or significant field of study
» Prior 2-3 years of practice in any of HR is advantageous
