This role reports into the customer team for automotive OEM service parts business. It is a regional support role for the businesses and Key Account Managers across ASEAN region. Support required for the region includes business and process management, price/cost analysis, customer requirements management, competence management, and sales operations support. This role will also support in business planning and reporting for Asia Pacific Southeast region.
Responsibilities include - Assist in the implementation of ASEAN strategies
- Centre of competence for business tools, processes and directives within Asia Pacific Southeast
- Generate reports, analyze and interpret data and Key Performance Indicator for APS
- Coordinator with Germany Specialist on Sales Price Analysis
- Centralise Customer Intelligence
- Analyze customer behavior/trends and propose growth initiatives
- Interface for Regional Logistics and Quality Team
- Provide support to ASEAN team meet team goals of efficiency and customer satisfaction
- Tracks progress of objectives and Key Performance Indicator
- Coach and support new and existing Sales Associates and Interns
- Ensures team adheres to Bosch central directives
- Support ASEAN and APS HOD in preparing business presentation for Bosch senior management
- Coordinate with Controlling on quarterly Business Forecast Planning
- Window person for relevant sales queries in Singapore/Myanmar/Cambodia
- Continuous improvements for process and business model
- Participate in special projects within ASEAN acquired by the team
