Ensures that the technical (hardware and basic software) aspect of POS/ Kiosk/ Cash Recycler Machine are functioning smoothly. Analyze and troubleshoot programs and other Information technology related programs. Program and recommend new system that will enhance our product and services with clients.
About the function:
» Site installation, configuration and trouble-shooting on POS/ Kiosk/ Cash Recycler Machine and other retail product/ equipment
» Good analytical skill in Identifying , analyzes, and perform repairs / parts replacement on site within SLA
» Good customer relation (soft skill) to understand and provide good customer practice
» Basic expertise on Microsoft Office (Excel / Words)
» Basic Networking expertise
About the person: » Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, NITEC Diploma in Electrical Electronic Mechanical Engineering or Information technology Computer Engineer or any Information technology related course.
» Required skill(s): expertiseable on standard computer software, hardware and test handling.
» At least 2 year(s) of working practice in the related field is required for this position.
» Preference will be given to those candidates having practices in handling POS troubleshooting.
» Willing to travel and do field works.
» Work independently and efficiency
» Required schedule shift standby
» Problem solving and analytical expertise.
