Job description: JOB DESCRIPTION Quality Assurance
» Review of project quality requirements, submittals for shop drawings, materials, method statements, inspection checklists and inspection & test plans.(ITPs)
» Develop method statement, inspection checklists and inspection & test plans (ITPs) as and when necessary.
» Conduct projects’ internal quality audit inspection.
» Quality performance data collection and documentation for trends and root cause analysis for process improvement.
» Promote the best practices in project quality management to reduce of cost of wastages and improve productivity. Quality Control:
» Monitor and check site quality team’s everyday routine site in-process inspections and conduct periodic site/factory quality surveillance and reporting.
» Monitor and verify site execution works whether the established work procedures, inspections and approved submittals are being implemented.
» Identity, record and highlight to Project Manager of any identified non-conformances or potential quality issues or risks.
» Issue and monitor closure of Internal Non-conformance Reports,(NCRs) Corrective/Preventive Action Requests.(C/PARs)
» Verify the implementation of solutions and control further works or processes until the non-conformities or deficiencies have been resolved.
» Conduct inspection and review of mock-up unit, CONQUAS/QM pre-assessment and pre-handing over inspection. &nbs p; &n bsp; &nbs p;
» Prepare QC Reports, maintenance of records and any necessary site quality control documentation. Job Requirements:
» preferably with minimum 6 years of working practice at construction site
» possess training certificate in ISO Quality Management System, Quality Engineer, CONQUAS, BCA-Good Industry Practices would be advantageous
» good communication expertise and able to interact with all level of people
» good attitude and good team player

The company's practice includes a varied mix of both public and private residential, institutional, civil engineering / infrastructure and upgrading (additions and alternations) projects. Clientele are varied and include both public and private sector investors. Many are repeat clients, with whom the company has established a solid business relationship over the years.
The company has built up a solid reputation specialising in the construction of schools for the Ministry of Education, in the Major Upgrading Programmes (MUP) and Lift Upgrading Programme (LUP) for the Housing and Development Board.
