Job description: JOB DESCRIPTION Responsiblities
» Drive implementation, roll-out and adoption of a Customer Relationship management system in key countries as well as set-up a regional center of excellence with regard to CRM
» Work closely and align with the global functional leaders and key stakeholders (e.g. IT, Transformation Office, CRM, Insights & Analytics) to strongly and timely drive, execute and optimize Customer Excellence initiatives and processes in Emerging Markets region
» Develop and drive competitive, innovative, customer focused and structured thinking, solutions and offers through training, best practice sharing and in-house consulting
» Design, develop and roll-out sales excellence related training programs as well as soft skills workshops / training initiatives for commercial personnel (e.g. sales force, marketing, business managers)
» Drive design, implementation and adoption of segmentation, targeting, incentive compensation, target setting methodologies across the region
» Provide ad-hoc analytics and insight generation located on available data / market information Project Management / Others
» Support the use of business intelligence / commercial excellence tools and data driven decision making to raise the level of analytics across the Commercial Organization
Requirements » At least 5 years of significant practice in Commercial Excellence, Sales Force Excellence or Customer Relationship Management
» significant practice in Medical Device or Pharmaceutical industry will be a bonus
» Excellent communication skills
» skills in coordination of trainings and expertise transfer
» expertise of Information technology tools and system especially CRM system is a definite advantage
» Strong interest and expertise of technology related products and devices
» Forward thinking, open to learning and fast action
» capability to work collaboratively within a team environment as well as independently with minimal supervision
» capability to prioritize, multi–task and perform in a deadline oriented environment
» Fast learner and positive attitude
