Job description: JOB DESCRIPTION tasks and Responsibilities
- Perform appointment-booking tasks (i.e. to make, change and cancel appointments for patients). Coordinate appointment with other departments where possible,
- Answer phone calls using telephone standards, handle enquiries, record and convey messages,
- Provide accurate and timely information,
- Contact and follow-up with the clinic on patient’s request,
- Attending to phone calls, emails and general enquiries from patients,
- capability to understand customers’ needs and provide appropriate solutions,
- Ad-hoc tasks required as a Call Centre Service Associates.
- Carry out administrative tasks such as preparing of statics, everyday performance report & ad-hoc reports,
- Assist Team Leader / manager in taking care of the day-to-day operations, ad-hoc projects etc
Requirements
- Proficient in Microsoft office applications
- Positive attitude,
- Good interpersonal expertise
- Patient service oriented with the focus on service standards
- Able to work independently and as part of the diverse team
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure
