Job description: JOB DESCRIPTION In this function, you are expected to take the function of a Corporate Strategy leader for V V's development. You will support the organization by providing analytical and planning advice. The idea candidate should be a self-driven and passionate professional whom can drive the team and lead corporate strategy.
Job Responsibilities » Developing a corporate development plan which set corporate directions, ensuring organizational alignment to corporate objectives.
» Assigning tasks required for carrying out the development plan to the department involved.
» Coordinate the different initiatives that the strategy requires.
» Track progress of work plans and support efforts to improve and streamline existing management reporting tools.
» Conduct market research for possible growth opportunities, including market intelligence, M&A, joint-venture partnerships and IPO.
Job Requirements » Bachelor degree in Finance or Engineering related degrees with 4-5 years significant practice
» practice in Internet or similar industry background
» Highly analytical with strong commercial acumen; strong problem solving
» Strong financial modelling skills; comfortable in working with large data sets
» Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Chinese (To report to Chinese CEO)
