Job description: JOB DESCRIPTION A*STAR Human Resource (HR) Division???s vision is to develop all staff to their fullest potential and to help them make significant contributions to the organisation and to Singapore. The HR Division comprises the Recruitment, Planning, Talent Management, Operations, Capcapability Development and HR Partner departments.
this function will fall within the Planning Department. The key responsibilities are as follows:
» Work with the departments in HR division to ensure the availcapability, integrity and timeliness of HR data for data analytics and reporting
» Design dashboards for data visualisation to support analysis and sense-making
» Engage the stakeholders to identify pain points and synthesise data and information to address policy and operational issues
» Mine insights from data to facilitate significant analysis and recommend data-driven solutions
» Assess appliccapability and adoptcapability on data analytics best practices for HR
Requirements »At least 2 years of practice in the application of advanced data analytics techniques is preferred
» Excellent analytical and organisational expertise
» Proficiency in data visualization tools such as Qlik and Tableau, and programme development languages such as HTML, SQL or VBA is advantageous
» Strong interpersonal and communication expertise
