Job description: JOB DESCRIPTION Main Responsibilities
» Establishes sales plans to achieve forecasts and annual sales target in its sales area ; projecting expected sales volume and profit for existing and new products.
» Development of sales objectives and strategies
» Build commercial offer to customers tenders, or request for quotations for its area.
» Gathers client's new product and services requirements with Technical Sales department, evaluates their potential and supports during their development
» Built and drive the promotion plan of Company capabilities and products in its sales area, and lobby towards end users and stakeholders.
» Identify, prioritize and take actions to answer key market needs in its sales area.
» Proposes selling prices by monitoring costs, competition, and supply and demand in its sales area.Requirements
» Bachelor degree in Business with at least 5 years of practice in sales, technical sales, negotiations and customer service in Oil & Gas industry.
» Team player and resourceful with excellent communication and negotiation skills
» Must have strong business development practice
» Fast and independent with strong organizational/ leadership abilities skills
