JOB DESCRIPTION Main tasks & Responsibilities » Manage all marketing including accommodation business, corporate and leasing initiatives
» Develop an annual marketing/editorial calendar and strategy in line with company objectives
» Develop and supervise a marketing budget
» supervise the creation and publication of all marketing materials and campaigns
» supervise the preparation of all marketing campaigns
» Ensure all website content is updated regularly and dynamically
» Online content marketing and social media development strategies
» Lead the marketing team to drive our channel strategy
» Maintain effective internal communications to ensure all significant department heads are informed of marketing objectives
» Work closely with Accommodation team to create marketing strategy and campaigns that support each of the specific operating company objectives including, but not limited to, revenue growth and consciousness
» Ensure the customer practice is cleanly and seamlessly executed at every touch point
» Champion our brands and challenge the company to evolve its marketing approach as Information technology grows
» Support launch of new accommodation brands thru
» Public relations/communications
» brand roadmaps
» pre-opening and launch campaigns
» all onsite marketing collaterals including all guest comms
Job Requirement » Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications or equivalent
» At least 7 years of practice in Marketing/Brand Management/Account Management preferably with 2 years leading a team (for managerial position) with an agency and/or hospitality background
» Excellent communication and decision making expertise
» Marketing Strategy: Inbound and Outbound, Digital & Print
» Proven commercial acumen (profit and loss, budgets, forecasts and reporting)
» leadership abilities
» Project Planning and Management
» Creative campaign development
» Digital marketing practice including strategy and execution
» Customer practice and insights
» Brand Management
» Marketing Automation
» Team player, with a positive personality
» Excellent verbal communication expertise
» Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
