Job description: JOB DESCRIPTION Job Responsibilities
» Overall responsible for everyday operations/ opening & closing tasks
» Manage shifts which include everyday decision making, manpower scheduling and cashiering tasks
» Maintain proper record of everyday sales, stock inventory and cash on hand
» Enforce hygiene regulations and upkeep of the restaurant cleanliness and hygiene standard
» Supervise, supervise and assist subordinates at all period in service including preparation of food and drinks
» Train, guide and motivate staff to ensure established culture and core operational standard are met
» Handle customer enquiries and complaints
» Any other ad-hoc tasks expertise & Personal Requirements
» Preferably with at least 1 year of significant F&B practice
» Preferable some practice in preparing local cuisine
» Exceptional leadership abilities expertise and team player to effectively run a smooth operation
» Possess a customer-oriented mind set with excellent interpersonal and organisational expertise
» Good problem solving and strong analytical expertise
» Will be willing to work on Weekends and Public Holidays
