» Working in production/centralized kitchen environment
» Prepare mis-en-place daily.
» Assist chef in ensuring that the food required is consistent.
» Prepare products according to standard operating procedures.
» Ensure equipment is correctly handled and maintained, and station is kept clean. Requirements
