Job description: JOB DESCRIPTION PROPOSAL COORDINATOR (six months contract)
Job location: Changi North Way
Working hours: Mon – Fri 8.30am – 5.30pm
income: $2000 - $2400
Job Responsibilities - Prepare or draft proposal for Clinical Trial and Clinical Sourcing quotation, overview, project approach and cover letter.
- Develop a quotation template for local, regional and global Request for Quotation (RFQs)
- Compile and update the monthly lead on Request for Proposal (RFP), RFQ, award submittals and roster application responses
- Merge the proposal requirements into Client Presentation Package
- Create work orders and project orders for onboarding Project Descriptions
- Provide support on RFP, RFQ and RFI questionnaire
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to gather proposal document data
- Develop and maintain shared directories for RFP information
- Monitor and update proposal milestones schedules such as issue dates, review dates, kick-off meetings and due dates.
- Responsible for development of proposals, Kick-off meeting materials, deliverables of materials, quality standard and overall package.
Requirements - Possess a Diploma in Business administration
- practiced in a similar capacity at the function of Business development, Marketing or generating proposals
- Possess good verbal and written communication, good time management, meticulous and attention-to-detail
- A problem solver with good analytical skills
