Responsibilities » Manage and monitor the customer network performance to meet customers' Service Level expectations
» Use standardized tool to diagnose network faults
» To manage service providers and device vendors
» Communicate with internal/external customers viaphone, email or web tools
» Work with various teams to meet the customer focused targets Requirements
» Bachelor Degree or Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering or equivalent.
» At least 3 years of working practice in the related field
» practice in managing WAN/LAN networks and routers/servers
» Knowledge of configure, diagnose and installed networks/communication devices such as routers, switches and load balancers
» Good knowledge of network protocols such as TCP/IP, SNMP and VOIP
» Able to speak Japanese language to communicate with Japenase customers
» Able to work on rotating shifts
