JOB DESCRIPTION » ITE / Diploma in IT-related course
» Handle everyday technical support activities
» Receive first level calls from customers, enter problem into ticket management system, track and escalate problems as necessary and assign appropriate support staff to deal with problem in timely manner
» Perform troubleshooting for client platform related problems
» Install, upgrade, support and troubleshoot Windows Operating Systems and Microsoft Office suite and other applications as assigned
» Setup desktop computers, peripherals, and test network connection
» Install and test desktop software applications and internet browsers
» expertise of windows cloning (Laptop / workstation)
» Performs general preventative maintenance tasks on computers, laptops, printers and any other authorised peripheral equipment
» Respond promptly to incident, investigate & provide temporary &/or permanent resolution of incidents escalated. Provide timely status updates to significant parties
» Candidates with no practice are welcome to apply
» Must be willing to travel, providing service to different customer locations
