Job description: JOB DESCRIPTION Responsibilities
- Assist in all corporate secretarial administrative tasks
- Preparation of minutes and resolutions of directors and shareholders
- Maintenance of minutes and registers book
- Liaising with auditors
- Working expertise of ACRA Bizfile procedures
- Preparing financial statements in XBRL format
- Administrative and clerical tasks
- Other corporate or ad-hoc tasks when necessary
Requirements » Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Law, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Secretarial, Commerce or equivalent.
» At least 1 year(s) of working practice in Corporate Secretarial position.
» Organised, meticulous and capability to multi-task
» Information technology expertise: MS Office applications
» Good team player, adaptive and positive working attitude
» Good communication and interpersonal skills
» Excellent written and spoken English
» Proficiency in Mandarin is essential as required to contact with Chinese counterparts
» Prior practice in corporate secretarial work or currently pursuing ICSA International Qualifying Scheme is a great advantage but candidates who are willing to lgain are welcome to apply
