Job Appropriate qualifications:
» Two or more years of hands-on desktop/notebook computer and network support practice.
» Demonstrated capability to think and communicate on behalf of the customers in all interactions.
» practice in Windows, Linux, or Macintosh. Prefer at least two of three.
» capability to identify and resolve hardware and software issues on laptop and desktop devices.
» Basic expertise of core network technologies, such as DHCP, DNS, etc.

» Must also maintain a high level of discipline, flexibility, and professionalism.
» Strong communication expertise and the capability to work effectively with people at all levels both technical and non-technical. Job Job responsibilities:
» Provide technical support service to insure all Information technology equipment and infrastructure is running at optimal performance and escalating issues when required.
» Cooperate with other Information technology peers around the globe at all levels, raising the bar in both technical and nontechnical aspects of the function.
» Basic project management, including acting as a single point of contact for projects.
» Provide input and technical support to projects and initiatives, including prioritization of workloads to ensure project delivery.
» Create, write, and review standards and documentation
