» Conduct practiccapability studies and estimate materials, time and labour costs
» Assist in establishing client’s requirement
» Preparation of the Tender Bid, emphasizing on measurement, calling quotations and tender documentation
» Quantity taking off and cost comparison for main work trades
» Perform risk, value management and cost control
» Prepare, negotiate and analyse costs for tenders
» To coordinate and communicate with significant agencies during tender preparation
» Post tender analysis and evaluation
Requirements:- » Diploma/Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management or equivalent
» At least 8 years of working practice in the related field is required for the Senior Position
» Meticulous and details orientated
» capability to work with tight deadlines
» Good communication expertise
» A dynamic, positive and forward thinking personality will be essential
