Responsibilities - Lead full life-cycle project implementation of Microsoft Dynamics CRM solutions
- Liaise with client to gather functional and technical requirements and documentation
- Manage project implementation, deployment of CRM modules and customize solutions
- Ability to architect solutions by mapping common customer business problems to reusable end-to-end business application solutions
- Perform project scoping and estimation and fit-gap analysis
- Any other ad-hoc duties as required or assigned
Requirements - Bachelor Degree in Information Technology/Information Systems/Computer Science/Business IT or its equivalent
- At least 4 years of experience in Microsoft Dynamic CRM / ERP design and implementation
- Has prior experience in systems upgrades, integrations and testing
- Good analytical and problem solving skill
