VP, Project Lead (O365)

We are hiring a VP, Project Lead (O365) to be part of Technology Group, Business Partnership and Solutions, to drive and execute technology (enterprise system) projects.
Responsibilities - Drive new collaboration and productivity initiatives for the enterprise.
- Assist in planning and implementation of projects/tracks. Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
- Assist in the definition of project scope, requirements and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.
- Develop / assist in developing a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress.
- Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs using appropriate verification techniques. Resolve or assist in the resolution of conflicts within and between projects or functional areas.
- Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques. Report and escalate to management as needed.
- Work cross-functionally to solve problems and implement changes.
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
- Provide technical leadership and guidance to team members.
- Manage key stakeholders and lead a team to deliver solutions.
- Work closely with the business application team and users to develop, pilot and implement solutions.
- Utilise analytical tools to study and promote use of modern apps to facilitate digital transformation in the company.
- Organize communication and awareness sessions on Enterprise Apps.
Requirements - Possess a degree in Computer Science or Engineering with at least 7-8 years of team lead or project manager work experience.
- Good experience in Microsoft .NET specifically with C# .NET, VB.
- Good experience in web programming languages such as CSS, JavaScript, JQuery and HTML.
- Experience in Microsoft O365 is an added advantage.
- Experience in Rapid Application Development tools is preferred
- Demonstration of interests, to explore new ways of work or technologies.
- Good communications with different levels of team members and stakeholders.
