Associate/AVP, Programme Management Officer (O365)

We are hiring an Associate/AVP, Programme Management Officer (O365) to be part of Technology Group, providing support to Enterprise System projects in terms of programme administration and coordination of project activities.
Responsibilities: - Handling of staff and vendor on-boarding and off-boarding matters, coordinating office logistics and organising events.
- Partner with Project Managers to provide accurate project status and insights for regular management reporting
- Provide general administrative and project support to Project Managers and the team
- Assist with scheduling and coordinating meetings, tasks and follow-ups
- Provide support for project documentation, meeting minutes where needed
- Participate in work process improvement initiatives and projects
Requirements: - With 2 to 5 years' relevant work experience in technology project administration
- Possesses strong interpersonal skills and be able to interact with internal stakeholders at varying levels in the organization
- Strong written and communication skills
- Ability to multi-task and work well under pressure
- Team-player and yet exhibit independence in driving and delivering business outcomes
- Detail oriented with excellent planning and organizational ability
- You should also possess working knowledge on Microsoft applications including Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
