Job description: JOB DESCRIPTION Job Description
» You will assist in the design and implementation of the overall learning and development framework, policies, systems and processes in the area of Core Programme, Profession Development, Continuing Education and leadership abilities Development Programme.
» You are also required to co-ordinate and facilitate the Staff Orientation Program and other core programmes in the organisation which includes program scheduling and logistics arrangement.
» In addition, you are required to prepare periodic reports for management and analyze L&D data for continuous improvement and shape L&D strategies.
» You will be required to coordinate and manage activities under the domain of Professional Development and Continuing Education. In addition, you will provide administrative, operational and logistical support for Organisational Development (OD) initiatives at Institution and departmental levels.
Requirements: » Bachelor degree in Business, Human Resource Development or related discipline
» Minimum 4 years of significant practice in L&D
» Able to work independently, yet a team-oriented player in delivering results and meeting business needs in a fast paced & demanding environment
» Strong interpersonal and communications skills, with the capability to relate to all levels of employees
» Strong presentation and stand-up delivery skills
» capability to multi-task
