Job description: JOB DESCRIPTION The function
You will be responsible for the operation and maintenance of all plant systems in Almac Singapore HQ, included but not limited to HVAC systems, utility / facility systems, electrical systems, BMS, security systems, instrument calibration and fire alarm systems etc. to the highest industrial and pharmaceutical standards. The focus of the work will be to ensure that processes operate efficiently and safely, and in compliance with cGxP.
Responsibilities » Manage preventive programme for all plant systems.
» Ensure engineering work order system is executed in a timely and safe manner.
» Provide technical support including fault diagnosis to enable the plant to maximize performance; carry out significant gap analysis.
» Ensure that company policies and statutory provisions are followed.
» Conduct engineering investigations for Quality-related deviations and implement corrective and preventive actions.
» supervise spare parts inventory.
» Manage site engineering documentation including engineering specification, SOPs and drawings etc.
» Manage external contractors, including supervising and coordinating with them.
» Assist manager to conduct on-site practiccapability studies for improvement and modification works.
» Finish projects on time and on budget.
» Other ad hoc tasks as required by the manager. Criteria
» Degree in Engineering-related field
» Minimum 8 years’ practice in facilities management
» practice within pharmaceutical/ semiconductor/ food manufacturing industries will have advantage
» expertise of building systems: HVAC, BMS, power distribution, etc.
» Able to use MS suite
» Able to communicate verbally and in writing
» Able to multitask
