JOB DESCRIPTION Job Scope
» Prepare treatment rooms, Set up equipment and for patient treatment
» Assist dental surgeons in dental procedures and treatments
» Perform laboratory work
» Handle disinfection and sterilization of equipment and instruments
» Handle incoming telephone calls and schedule patient appointments
» Handle patient enquiries, patients enquiries and billings to patients
» Handle patient follow-ups and update of patient records
» Monitor and maintain inventory of instruments and dental material supplies
» Perform general housekeeping to ensure cleanliness of clinic and treatment rooms
» Ensure patient comfort at all times
Job Requirements » Full-time position
» Candidates having significant work practice are preferred but NOT essential; Training for non-practiced employees will be provided
» Able to speak English is a must; capability to communicate further in Mandarin and / or Bahasa is a key advantage (as to communicate with Mandarin and Bahasa speaking clients and associate)
» expertise of basic Information technology expertise is an advantage
» Must be a RESPONSIBLE Team Player and willing to accept constructive feedback
» Courteous, caring and attentive to patients and customers
» Expected to work overtime at times
