Job description: JOB DESCRIPTION Job responsibilities:
» Manage the entire recruitment process including sourcing, interviewing to on-boarding
» Manage end-to-end internship process from planning, executing and onboarding all new interns; and be the point of contact for interns during internship
» Partner HRBPs in managing the search and outsource placement agencies, job portals
» Partner with branding team to formulate and implement the Organisation’s social media presence, recruitment and outreach initiatives
» Design and implement employer branding initiatives with education institutions
» Participate in projects relating to career fairs/recruitment activities to strengthen and develop Far East Organization employment brand
» Build relationship with both internal and external stakeholders
Requirements » Bachelor’s Degree preferably in Communications or HR Management
» At least 4 years of significant working practice in employer branding, talent acquisition
» Excellent written and verbal communication expertise
» Good interpersonal expertise.
