Job description: JOB DESCRIPTION Job Job responsibilities:
» Co-ordinate, facilitate and manage Procurement processes - Sourcing, RFQ, Negotiation, Vendor Management etc.
» Drive cost reduction initiatives and continuous business processes improvement.
» Gather data, market analysis and information of commodities to support plans and decisions (Bench Marking Exercise).
» Engage with Operations teams to deliver added value products and services.
» Attend to Operations’ feedback and assist in resolving problems with suppliers.
» Support Procurement team in day-to-day Procurement task and provide administrative support.Job Requirements:
» Smart time management of workload, resourceful and able to execute and accomplish the tasks assigned under tight schedule.
» Innovative/creativity, high integrity, and takes initiative/challenge.
» Strong interpersonal/communication expertise and effective problem solving expertise.
» Team player in a fast pace and dynamic environment.
» Basic knowledge of purchasing workflow & process.
