Job description: JOB DESCRIPTION Provide administrative specialist support and administration of policies to the department for a variety of business functions including but not limited to the following: -
» Provide administrative support for clinical education programmes to ensure smooth operations, procurement and budgeting.
» Provide support for the scheduling of programmes for clinical years.
» Support faculty to ensure the smooth operations of the medical training rotations.
» Assist in finance and budgeting related functions.
» Render administrative support such as organise and write minutes of meetings for the significant committees on educational administration matters
» Provide assistance in department's events.
» Perform other related tasks incidental to the work described herein or as assigned by the manager.
Job Requirements » Recognised University Degree or equivalent in a related discipline.
» At least 3 years of significant working practice.
» Work practice in research/academic environment would be advantageous.
» Meticulous, well-organised and capability to multi-task.
» Good interpersonal expertise and able to work well in teams.
» Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, such as Word, Excel and PowerPoint. We regret that only shortlisted candidates will be notified.
