JOB DESCRIPTION Grants Administration Executive
Listing description
You will support the NHIC grant administration function which includes handling the NHIC review process for competitive grant cycle, processing applications, post-award project management and other operational requirements for NHIC funded projects.
You will also manage the office administration of NHIC which includes co-ordinate high-level meetings, preparation of budgets, management reports and minutes, co-ordinate office procurement tenders and purchase orders with finance department, and any other administrative functions as required.
Requirements » Good Degree or Diploma in Business Administration/Financial Management/Biomedical Sciences or significant disciplines
» Preferably 3 or more years of significant working practice
» Preferably with practice in research administration, funding management and expertise of medical research environment
» Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
» Good interpersonal, communications and writing expertise
» Responsible, team-player, independent
» Efficient worker and able to deliver under stress
