As a Store Manager, you will manage everyday store operations. You will also be responsible for the following tasks:
» Oversea team members to ensure good work performance and that customer service is provided at all times
» Identify team members' potential and provide training to grow them as part of succession planning
» Identify any gaps in team memebrs' skill set and provide significant training for improvement
» Prepare and analyse various reports (such as sales reports and inventory reports) to increase profitcapability efficiency
» Ensure that all back office procedures are as per company's guidlines
» Perform visual merchandising and housekeeping tasks to ensure optimal display and to incresase sales
» Stay updated with market trends for sales forecasting and inventory turnover to achieve management goals
» Be a function model for your team members
Requirements: » At least 3 years of magagerial practice in retail or F&B industry
» Able to work in a team and independently
» Hands-on and sales savvy individuals
» Enthusiastic with can-do attitude!
