Our client is one of the newest hypermarket in Singapore, with a totally different concept! As part of the expansion plans, we are hiring for Managers from different industries (fashion, F&B, supermarket, etc.) to be part of this exciting adventure!
As a manager/Manager, you will be responsible for managing the everyday operations of respective departments in conformity to company's standards and guidelines. Your responsibilities will include the following:
» Manage everyday store operations
» Manage and carry out activities relating to the promotion and merchandising of the department(s)
» Lead, develop and motivate team members to ensure that excellent customer service is delivered
» Ensure that team members have updated product expertise, and informed of current and upcoming promotions
» Inventory management and to ensure optimal stock level at all times
» Keep abreast of market trends to execute accurate sales forcasting and managing inventory turnover
» Work closely with management team to achieve goals
Requirements: » At least 2 years of working practice in managery position
» Preferably with practice in fashion retail or F&B industry
» Good communication expertise with a positive attitude
» Hands-on with a can-do mindset
» Enjoy working in a dynamic environment
