Job description: JOB DESCRIPTION Job Position : Project Manager

In this position, you will join to manage and lead the Information technology Project Management team to accomplish the project objectives and ensure high quality project delivery and completion of the project for the organization. Responsible for accomplishing the project objectives within the constraints of the project. He/she is responsible for the outcome (success or failure) of the project
expertise and practice Required :
» Develop the statement of work and financial management.
» Responsible for planning and defining scope, activity planning and scheduling,
» Involved with resource management planning, controlling and monitoring, managing and directing the assigned project resources to best meet project objectives
» Controls and monitors “triple constraints”—project scope, time and cost (and quality)—in managing competing project requirements
» Collects metrics data (such as baseline, actual values for costs, schedule, work in progress, and work completed)
» Build and maintain the project management information library (project documentation, artifacts, system)
» Responsible for the communication plan and make sure that there is a healthy communication, both horizontally and vertically producing regular progress report, risk register updates, project documentation, specific information to stakeholders
» Responsible for identifying, monitoring, and responding to risk and issues via a mitigation and contingency plan to be developed to ensure that the project is not derailed at any point
» Manage, track and control the change control process (change requests)
» Responsible for procurement management - various materials needed during the project need to be procured and managed with the vendors and suppliers for prosperous completion of the project
» Responsible to the project stakeholders for delivering a project’s objectives within scope, schedule, cost, and quality
» Formally handover and close the project through transition, provide training and monitor the results to the business owner. Job Requirement :
» Appropriate qualifications: Project Management Professional (PMP®) - Mandatory
» Other Project Management certifications such as PRINCE2 and ITIL.
» suitable education Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
» Strong communication expertise with demonstrated capability to write formal documents and clear concise business communications to multiple audiences (management, technical, user)
» Excellent analytical expertise with a strong attention to detail
» Solid stakeholder management expertise and a proven capability to operate at senior levels
» leadership abilities expertise with a proven track record of developing high performing teams
» Working expertise of Microsoft Office applications (especially Excel, MS Project and PowerPoint)
» Working expertise of Microsoft Enterprise Project Management / SharePoint (preferable)
» Managed Services practice (preferable)
» practice in implementation ERP system with data integration and migration from multiple legacy data source.
» practice with Master Data Management and ETL using Software AG webMethods and OneData technology.
