Job description: JOB DESCRIPTION Within the Quality & Productivity Division, the Benchmarking and Surveys team aims to measure quality of care together with the community care sector. The team's current initiatives include surveys and quality indicators. We sense-make and use the insights derived from these initiatives to promote a culture of continuous improvement in quality and safety among care providers, so as to enable our seniors to live well and age gracefully.
Job Job responsibilities:
» Assist to benchmark the quality of the care in the community care sector, through:
»
» Refining approaches to measure and collect data on the quality of care
» Uncovering insights that can support improvement
» Build rapport with care providers to understand the state of care and work closely with them to use benchmarking information to trigger improvement within their organisations
» Administering the data collection efficiently
» Support team to raise consciousness and build capcapability in care quality and safety, including:
»
» Scanning for best practices and adapting them to the local community care sector
» Innovate ways to customise engagement plans for stakeholders effectively and get their buy-in
» Provide administration and secretariat support for related committees and ad hoc events
Job Requirements: » Degree in any discipline, with at least 1 to 2 years of working practice
» Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel and Powerpoint)
» Strong organisation, analytical and communication expertise
» Team player with good interpersonal expertise
