Responsibilities » supervise and manage the maintenance teams on equipment maintenance as well as oversight on facility usage, operations etc.
» Develop, manage and supervise the implementation of maintenance programs for direct facilities and kitchen equipment.
» Review equipment reports to identify the root cause of equipment not performing to standards and implement the corrective maintenance solutions.
» Identify and assign work scopes for maintenance staff and contracted maintenance services.
» Budgeting and costing for maintenance activities and equipment replacement/upgrades.
» Conduct presentation of information on operational effectiveness and service level to upper management to identify the opportunities for optimization.
» Coordinate all aspects of pollution control, waste management, recycling, environmental health, conservation and renewable energy.
» Audit, analyze and report environmental performance to internal and external clients and regulatory bodies to ensure compliance with the environmental legislations.
» Carry out impact assessments to identify, assess and reduce an organization’s environmental risks and financial costs. Requirements
» Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/Degree in Mechanical/Electrical/Mechatronics Engineering or equivalent.
» At least 8 years of practice in managing similar facilities with leadership abilities practice.
» Good communication and writing expertise.
