Job location: » New Bridge Road (Chinatown Point) (Walking distance from MRT, less than 5 mins walk)
Employment Type: » 6 months contract (Subject to extension or convert to permanent)
income:
» income range from: $2500 to $4000 (Depend on practice and qualification)
» Transport allowance: $220/month
Job Responsibilites:
» Perform general admin tasks
» Tender / Offer preparation (consolidate information including mill cost and delivery request, coordinate with Technical Manager on spec, offer review and submission)
» Order processing (order entry in HOOE / SAP system including price validation, profitcapability, mill practiccapability, contract review, coordination of deliveries with the different mills)
» Order execution / follow up ( logistics i.e. coordination of vessels and any transportation mean, documentations, collection of Payment)
» Proactive communication with customers on order progress and reports
» Regular interaction with Senior Sales Manager responsible for SEA market and Technical Sales
» Manager for the SEA Region
» Support Sales Managers in the SEA region
Requirement » Candidates' must possess at least Diploma in Business or equivalent.
» Singaporean only
» Able to work independently
» Good to have expertise in SAP
