Job Responsibilities - Provide administration support to Senior Executive / Assistant Manager/ Manager in-charge of the CPF LIFE scheme
- Assist in implementing changes to the scheme's IT system, including drawing up requirements and conducting user acceptance tests
- Assist Customer Service Officers in attending to challenging telephone enquiries & correspondences
- Assist in reviewing and improving scheme operational procedures, to ensure they are always up-to-date and streamlined
- Assist in compiling key department statistics and ad-hoc statistics request
Required Attributes - Possess initiative and a positive attitude
- Able to work both independently and as a team-player in a fast-paced environment
- Effective verbal and written communication skills, as well as good interpersonal and organising skills
- Good knowledge in Microsoft Excel and Tableau would be advantageous
- Willingness to learn and quick to adapt to changing and challenging situations
