Responsibilities - Involved in conducting requirement analysis, system implementation, and training and providing on-going application support.
- Develops and designs system solutions, tests the performance and usability of systems and prepares user training documentation.
- Analyse systems and processes to identify enhancement opportunities
- Guide documentation of specifications and interfaces between systems
- Identify system deficiencies and performance gaps
- Identify options for resolution of system gaps
- Align system design with the needs of the users
- Prepare solution design specifications
- Document system enhancements and detailed specifications
- Manage project implementation
- Develop test plans and test cases
- Prepare test data to satisfy user acceptance test scenarios
- May also be required to provide 24/7 application support to users. Ability to see through a project from a start to the end with minimal guidance is an advantage to this role of the project.
Requirements - Degree/Diploma in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent.
- Minimum 5-7 years of relevant experience.
- Knowledge in application delivery, vendor management.
- Skilled business analyst who can assist in collecting the user requirements and support the systems.
- Knowledge in Microsoft Dynamics or CRM projects and experience in healthcare industry will be an added advantage.
- Mature and strong team player with ability to communicate efficiently and effectively at all levels.
- Must be able to handle projects independently and present with confidence (if required).
- Self motivated with initiatives and drive.
- Strong analytical skills and receptiveness to changes.
- Good time management skills and ability to work under pressure.
Shortlisted candidates will be offered a 1 Year Agency Contract role.
