Job description: JOB DESCRIPTION You will provide administrative support such as frontline services, secretarial support, handling information requests or enquiries, preparing reports in a timely manner, preparing correspondences, receiving visitors, arranging conference calls and scheduling meetings.
You will assist in managing research database such as collect data through patient survey, perform data entry into the database and maintain the database.
Requirements » General Diploma with at least 2 years significant practice in administrative work
» Proficient in MS Office Software, including MS Access
» Organized, meticulous and able to work independently
