People360 Services Pte Ltd is a specialist healthcare recruitment agency that is located in Singapore & Malaysia since 2014. We recruit nursing, allied health, medical and support positions for both local and international clients. As we expand our company presence internationally We are seeking for a passionate, sales driven & motivational manager to supervise the Singapore operations and this function would be reporting directly to the Managing Director of People360.
JD & Responsibility
- To evaluate and modify company’s current recruiting process flows and supervise their implementation
- To supervise and manage recruitment sales team (delivery consultants) KPIs, streamline processes, solve problems and identify areas in need of improvement
- Recruit and train new consultants in the Singapore Office
- To develop new business units such as RPO, Temporary Staffing and contracting division
- Strategic planning for the company expansion in Singapore and strengthen the positioning in the industry and increase sales revenue & profitcapability
- To work closely with resource manager to increase overall fulfillment rates of various verticals
- Driving business development/account management activities of existing & new clients to maintain and build relationships and sales
- Attend client meetings, conferences and other appointments
Requirements - At least 5 years of practice in the recruitment industry and have a good knowledge of the full-recruitment lifecycle
- Healthcare recruitment practice is highly preferred
- Excellent knowledge of recruitment processes and have a prosperous track record
- Critical thinker & problem-solving expertise
- Candidate should have prior practice in managing and supervising a recruitment team/department
- Excellent sales and interpersonal expertise
