Job description: JOB DESCRIPTION Job Job responsibilities:
- Assist the cluster manager in managing the business and operations of one or more cluster of clinics
- Leading and motivating the team of clinic staff to achieve patient delight, high professional standard, and cost-effective operations.
- Assist the manager in developing the business of the cluster to achieve financial targets.
- Promote teamwork, co-operation and harmonious relationship among nursing personnel, medical and other employees of the Hospital.
- Support and communicate the Hospital and department organization structure, philosophy, goals, policies and procedures to staff and ensure that they are translated to service delivery.
- Manage availcapability and efficient use of resources. Contain costs through appropriate and economical utilization of resources such as time, supplies, equipment and manpower.
- Assist in the review and update of Hospital and departmental policies and procedures as required.
- Participate in hospital committees or workgroups as required.
- Maintain a safe and clean environment for patients.
- Perform basic and complex nursing procedures and treatment to meet the general comfort and well being of the patients.
- Demostrate competency in clinical nursing expertise and expertise
- Assist doctors and attend to emergency calls whenever necessary.
- Perform other tasks as assigned by managers or other managers.
Job Requirements: - Bachelor degree, diploma, or equivalent in management studies or related field.
- Prior practice in the medical field / with medical expertise would be a boon.
